The booking points and ski school meeting spots for children and beginners are easy to reach in the village center of Sölden, right on your hotel's doorstep.

Top modern winter sports equipment, the latest technique training methods, a young and highly dynamic team: the new "Schischule Ötztal-Sölden" ski school is ready for the ultimate challenge.

Our slogan: "Beginners can become real pros"
Instruction times are made to measure for our guests: We start at 10.30 am until 1.00 pm. Afternoon lessons take place from 1.45 pm to 3.15 pm. Early birds can also book private morning lessons from 08.30 am.

Lessons available:
Skiing, snowboarding, separate kids' ski school, free-heel skiing (telemark), free-riding, organization of sport events and competitions of all kinds (races), cross-country skiing (classic-style and skating), new school - freestyle techniques, ski mountaineering (with certified mountain guides only), snowshoe hiking.

Freeride Center Sölden

We specialise in Powder Skiing & Snowboarding as well as Ski & Snowboard Touring in the backcountry. Our programme ranges from Off-Piste Beginner Courses through to Extreme Freeriding for having an unforgettable time in the mountains.
In our Ski- & Snowboard School we also offer classes for beginners to experienced skiers and boarders in small groups of max. 5 persons at all ages to guarantee easier and faster learning. You can also take the advantage of our private coaching classes for an individual program.
Our Team solely consists of Ski Instructors and Mountain Guides with the highest international education (Staatl. gepr. Ski&Snowboard Guides and UIAGM Mountain Guides), who will guide you through the alpine terrain with a lot of freeride and teaching experience. Some members of our team are also working for the Austrian Ski Instructors and Mountain Guide Education Courses.
Learning with fun and enjoying skiing and boarding with respect for nature - this is our focus! We are looking forward meeting old and new friends!
